공간은 길게 철조망으로 분리되어 있다. 전시관 입구에서 각각의 공간으로 들어가게 되고 들어간 이후로는 전시관 끝에서 반대편으로 넘어갈 수 있다. 이 불편함은 사전에 제공되지 않는 정보로 분단의 상태가 우리의 의지와 별개였음을 느끼는 것을 의도한다.
전시관의 위치가 두 상징물이 교차하는 지점인 비무장지대라는 것에 착안하여 교차점을 적극적으로 표현했다. 전시관의 열차들은 모듈화시켜 필요한 가구로 만들어졌는데 철조망으로 나누어진 공간에 멈추기도, 고립되기도 한다. 본래부터 그 자리에 있었던 철도는 이제는 이곳 저곳을 드나들며 위치한다. 철도 주변의 벤치는 철조망을 무시한 형태로 자리잡고 있다. 함께 앉아 있는 것인지 따로 앉아 있는 것인지 알 수 없다. 혼란한 이곳에 머물며 단절을 느낌과 동시에 자연스레 넘나드는 행위로 경계를 무색하게 만드는 것은 결국 우리 스스로임을 인지한다.

The space is separated by long wire entanglement. You enter each space at the entrance. After entering, it is possible to go to the other side at the end of the exhibition hall. This discomfort was not announced in advance. It is intended to feel that the national division was not our will.
Focusing on the fact that the location of the exhibition hall is the demilitarized zone, the point where the two symbols intersect, the intersection was actively expressed. The trains were modularized and made of necessary furniture. However, trains are stopped or isolated because of the wire entanglement. The railroad that were originally in place are now going and coming over the divided places. The benches around the railway stand ignoring the wire entanglement. We don't know if we're sitting together or separately. We recognize that it is ourselves that blurs the boundaries through actions that naturally cross in chaotic place.
