햇빛과 대지에서 자유로운 농업방식의 장점으로 마트 안에 재배실을 두어 농작물을 관리하고 있다. 재배실의 주변으로는 재배-수확-가공-섭취의 사이클을 한 곳에서 이뤄내는 상징으로서 회전하는 접시들이 있다. 이는 우주의 행성을 상상하게 하는 장치이기도 하다. 마감의 주 재료로 스테인레스를 사용한 이유도 우주선과 같이 이색적인 느낌을 만들어내기 위한 것으로 마감과 가구에 적극적으로 사용이 되었다.
건물의 중정을 끼고 있는 매장의 위치를 활용해 테라스를 가진 공간으로 구성을 했다. 재배실과 주방을 둘러싼 산책로를 조성하고 조경 사이에 테이블을 배치했다. 재배실의 채소와 조경을 통해 고객이 자연 속에 있는 듯한 느낌을 받을 수 있도록 했다. 주방과 라운지를 구성하는 벽은 높이를 낮춰 산책로의 사람들과 조경이 멀리서도 보일 수 있도록 만들었다.
식물성의 두번째 매장인 연수점은 건물 내부에서 제공하는 자연을 통해 인공의 자연이 고객에게 편안하게 다가가는 것에 중점을 두었다.
With the advantage of the farming method free from sunlight and land, the crops are managed by setting up a cultivation room in the mart. Around the growing room, there are rotating dishes as a symbol of fulfilling the cycle of cultivation-harvesting-processing-consumption in one place. This is also a device that allows you to imagine planets in the universe. The reason stainless steel was used as the main finishing material was to create a unique feeling like a spaceship, and it was actively used in finishing and furniture.
Taking advantage of the store's location in the courtyard of the building, it was created as a space with a terrace. A walking path was created surrounding the cultivation room and kitchen, and tables were placed between the landscaping. The vegetables and landscaping in the cultivation room allowed customers to feel as if they were in nature. The walls that make up the kitchen and lounge were lowered in height so that the people and landscaping on the promenade could be seen from afar.
Yeonsu Branch, Sikmulsung's second store, focused on making artificial nature approach customers comfortably through the nature provided inside the building.
