공간, 구조물과 함께 많은 곳에 배치된 식재들은 오피스 전반에 유연한 분위기와 활력을 더하고 있다. 기존에도 직원들이 자유롭게 모여 대화하고 유대감을 쌓는 ‘우물가’ 라 표현하는 공간이 조직문화의 중심이 되었는데 판교사옥 또한 이 개념을 중심으로 설계되었다. 각 층에는 직원들이 오가며 소통할 수 있는 우물가가 배치되어 있다. 우물가를 비롯한 전체 마감은 우아한 형제들 공간의 주 재료인 적벽돌을 중심으로 이루어졌고, 공간의 특성에 맞게 다양한 마감재들이 함께 어우러지고 있다.

판교 사옥의 또다른 특징으로는 사내에 워크샵룸을 두고 있다는 것이다. 교외로 워크샵을 가기 위해서는 여러 조건이 맞아야 하는 상황이지만 이 곳은 쉽게 접근할 수 있어 구성원 간의 교류를 올리는 방안으로 활용되고 있다.

우아한 형제들의 오피스는 단순한 업무 공간을 넘어 사람과 자연, 그리고 기술이 유기적으로 연결되는 환경을 풀어낸 결과물로, 변화하는 시대 속에서 오피스가 지향해야 할 새로운 방향을 만들어가고 있다.

Technological advancements and societal changes are also affecting the composition of offices. While in the past, workspace capacity and spatial efficiency were paramount, there is now a greater need for an environment conducive to effective work. Woowa Brothers, rapidly adapting to the times, is creating a new future by combining technology with the relationship between nature and people. This philosophy is reflected in the office space, leading to a direction that pursues flexible and nature-friendly environments.

Planting, placed throughout the space alongside structures, adds a flexible atmosphere and vitality to the entire office. The space known as "the well," where employees freely gather to converse and build bonds, has long been the center of the organizational culture, and the Pangyo headquarters was designed around this concept. Wells are positioned on each floor to facilitate communication among employees. The overall finishes, including "the well," are centered around red brick—the primary material of Woowa Brothers' spaces—while various other finishing materials are harmoniously integrated to suit the specific characteristics of each area.

Another notable feature of the Pangyo headquarters is the presence of in-house workshop rooms. It is being utilized as a means to enhance interaction among members by providing easy access to situations where holding workshops outside the office requires meeting various conditions.
Going beyond traditional workspaces, Woowa Brothers' office is a place that embodies an environment where people, nature, and technology are connected, establishing a new direction for the office to pursue in a changing era.
